Beth Israel Lahey Health in Burlington, MA, is seeking an Orthopaedic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) for a weekend-anchored inpatient role. The schedule centers on two full weekend days (up to 12 hours each) and roughly 36 hours per week across three days, with flexibility to add a weekday on rotation.

You’ll work on the orthopaedic floor alongside residents and attending surgeons. We support growth into ED consults, procedures, OR first‑assist, and clinic, with direct mentorship

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program (AGACNP or FNP).
• MA licensure or license-eligible. Current BLS or ACLS.
• A firm, reliable commitment to covering both Saturday and Sunday.
• Eager to learn. Experience welcome, and new graduates are encouraged to apply. We will train you.

Responsibilities

• Weekend inpatient orthopaedic APP role: roughly 36 hours across three days a week, built around flexibility.
• Saturday and Sunday are the heart of the role: full weekend days (up to 12 hours each, typically 6a to 6p) on the orthopaedic floor.
• Round out a roughly 36-hour week with one additional weekday, occasionally two, with Friday or Monday fitting best.
• Spend weekday time where interests take you: floor, ED, OR, or clinic.
