Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in the state you will be providing care.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English well.
• Strong judgment, initiative, and dependability.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per nursing plan.
• Maintain accurate care notes and records.
• Delegate daily tasks to Nursing Assistants and Hospitality Aides.
• Participate in resident care planning and care conferences.
• Monitor and respond to residents' physical and psychosocial needs.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality of information.
• Comply with policies and procedures and exercise professional judgment.
