As an LPN, you will administer medications, document care, supervise nursing assistants, participate in care planning, and ensure residents receive compassionate, confidential care consistent with our mission.

Qualifikationen

• Current and valid LPN license in the state.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English well.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds during shifts.
• Ability to respond quickly in emergencies.

Aufgaben

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Maintains accurate records of medical and nursing care.
• Assigns daily duties to Nursing Assistants and Hospitality Aides.
• Transcribes physician orders and assists with physician visits.
• Participates in resident care planning.
• Protects resident information as confidential.
