Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role overseeing 20+ employees in a manufacturing setting including performance management responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities and supervise staff to ensure productivity.
• Plan and allocate tasks and resources to meet production goals.
• Monitor processes for SOP and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and implement corrective actions.
• Track KPIs and report output, attendance, and incidents; use data to improve.
• Address employee issues and escalate where needed.
