Job summary

UPM in Hamilton, OH onsite is seeking a forklift operator with crane experience to support material handling and order processing. This non-exempt role offers starting wages and benefits, with opportunities to grow within a global metals distributor.

Starting wage ranges from $20 to $22 per hour depending on experience; on-site location ensures direct collaboration with team members and daily operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift and basic crane equipment.
• Ability to follow directions and work on-site.
• Willingness to perform material handling and packing.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions from Operators.
• General forklift operator and crane operations and basic material handling.
• Ensure sufficient supply of goods and inventory control.
• Pull material from stock and process orders.
• Check all specified tolerances and package material.
• Prepare orders to be shipped and return unused material to inventory.
• Manage space by consolidating material.
