Job summary

UPM is hiring for a on-site role in Hamilton, OH, with 1st/2nd/Weekend shifts and non-exempt status. Starting wage is $20–$24 per hour, with opportunities for a quarterly bonus and a $1,000 sign-on after 90 days. You will handle CNC tooling, precision measurement, and general material handling.

Position requires operating forklift and crane equipment, performing basic CNC-related setup, and ensuring accurate order processing and shipping readiness.

Qualifications

• Forklift and crane operation experience preferred.
• Experience with general material handling and inventory control.
• Basic CNC concepts including G/M-codes and machine setup would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions from Operators.
• Operate forklift and crane, perform material handling.
• Ensure supply of goods and manage inventory.
• Pull material, process orders, and package for shipment.

2nd Shift 300pm-130am Monday-Thursday
Weekend Shift 5am-5pm Friday-Sunday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Following directions from Operators
• General fork truck operator & crane operations & basic material handling
• Assures sufficient supply of goods/inventory control
• Pull material from stock
• Process orders
• Check all specified tolerances
• Package material
• Prepare order to be shipped
• Return unused material to inventory
• Manage space by consolidating material
• Housekeeping
