Job summary

Nuri Management Pte Ltd is seeking a part-time F&B service staff for a Chinese restaurant in New Jersey. You will greet guests, take and deliver orders, and ensure a courteous dining experience.

You will actively upsell menu items, maintain clean service areas, and help with stock and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment. Working days are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11am–3pm and 5:30pm–9:30pm.

Qualifications

• Certified in Food Safety & Hygiene by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B, preferably Chinese cuisine.
• Friendly, service-oriented and pleasant personality.
• Strong communication skills with customers.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and teamwork.
• Note: this is a Chinese restaurant and not halal-certified.

Responsibilities

• Greet and warmly welcome customers on arrival.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Attend to customer enquiries and resolve issues politely.
• Upsell and cross-sell menu items to enhance experience and drive sales.
• Ensure dining/service areas are clean and hygienic.
• Stock supplies and replenish as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
