Qualifications

• One year of NP experience preferred; new grads considered
• Active Family NP license in good standing
• Multi-state licensure as needed by business
• Ability to provide holistic, evidence-based care including counseling
• Ability to order vaccines and administer injections (COVID-19, flu, etc.)
• DOT certification within 30 days of employment
• BLS certification
• Must be physically present at clinic

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic
• Perform diagnostic testing and preventive counseling
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Engage patients in wellness and disease management
• Handle inventory, clinic opening/closing, follow-up, insurance verification and payments
