Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking team members to prepare customer orders for delivery and pickup in our in-store shopper role. You will shop throughout the store to assemble everyday goods, including produce, dairy, prepared foods, and beverages, with emphasis on accuracy and speed.

Strong customer service and flexibility to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are essential. Training covers product knowledge, store operations, and varied checkout options as the company evolves.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product and order accuracy through meticulous verification and quality control processes.
• Learn and apply product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter.
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups.
• Comply with government regulations such as age verification requirements for restricted items.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide store information.
• Maintain knowledge of product and promotional events.
• Maintain a positive work environment.
• Communicate clearly, collaboratively and courteously.
