LilyCare Hospice is seeking a Weekend On Call Hospice Registered Nurse (PRN) to cover patients across central New Mexico. Join a community-based team focused on comfort and dignified end-of-life care delivered in patients' homes.

The role offers strong per-visit pay, mileage reimbursement, flexible PRN scheduling, and on-call weekend coverage (Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:30 AM) with field-based assignments across the NM territory.

Qualifications

• Active NM RN license in good standing; compact/multistate accepted.
• Current AHA BLS/CPR certification.
• Hospice or home care experience preferred; comfortable working autonomously on call.
• Strong end-of-life symptom management and assessment skills.
• Valid NM driver's license with reliable insured vehicle for home visits.

Responsabilités

• Respond to after-hours calls and triage patient and family needs during on-call weekend.
• Make in-home visits for symptom and pain management, comfort care, and crisis response.
• Complete hospice admissions and pronouncements during on-call hours.
• Coordinate care and communicate changes with the interdisciplinary team and on-call physician.
• Document each call and visit in the EHR per hospice requirements.
• Provide a clear handoff to the weekday team at the end of coverage.
