Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a dependable Weekend On-Call Home Care Aide to support our Missouri service area. This role requires flexibility to respond to last-minute staffing needs and travel between client homes.

You will earn $20 per hour for active hours, plus a $150 on-call weekend bonus, with mileage reimbursement for travel between clients.

Availability includes Friday 5:30 PM to Monday 9:00 AM, and you must be able to work at least two weekends per month.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Flexible, dependable availability for on-call weekends.
• Excellent communication with clients and team.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and client needs.
• Caregiving or home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remain available by phone during on-call hours.
• Accept and cover assigned shifts during weekends.
• Travel between clients within the service area.
• Provide care aligned with clients' needs.
• Work in clients' homes, including homes with pets.
