Home Instead is seeking Weekend On-Call Care Professionals to support clients in Minot, ND and surrounding areas. The role focuses on companionship, personal care, and home support during weekend on-call shifts, with a Friday 4:30 PM to Monday 8:30 AM window.

You will earn $18.00–$20.00 per hour for shifts worked, plus $3.00 per hour on-call retainer for maintaining open availability during assigned weekends, with overtime and holiday pay where applicable and mileage reimbursement provided.
