Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Augusta is seeking a dependable Weekend On-Call Administrative Coordinator to support our Home Care operations outside normal business hours.

This part-time role requires Friday 5:00 PM through Monday 9:00 AM availability, strong communication, and organizational skills to manage after-hours staffing and client concerns. You will document activities in AxisCare and ensure continuity of care for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage after-hours operations.
• Experience in home care, healthcare scheduling, or administrative support preferred.
• Proficiency with AxisCare and Outlook or similar scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Own after-hours weekend operations from start to finish.
• Coordinate weekend staffing and caregiver introductions to ensure continuity of care.
• Respond to client and caregiver concerns promptly and professionally.
• Document all communications and staffing attempts in AxisCare in real time.
• Provide updates to clients, families, and the weekday team as needed.
• Attend weekly paid Team Brief meetings on Fridays at 3:00 PM.
