Job summary

Cottage Grove II White Pine Senior Living is seeking a Weekend Office Assistant to join our team. The role offers part-time hours every Saturday and every other Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with wage range $18.00-$22.00 per hour, DOQ.

You will support residents and staff with administrative duties, greet guests, answer phones, and help with building operations and programs, all with a customer-service focus. Prior administrative experience and computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred.
• Previous training in general office duties and equipment.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, tenants, visitors, and staff.
• Guide guests and residents to appropriate rooms.
• Answer telephone in a polite, professional manner.
• Perform a thorough building walk-through and log maintenance requests.
• Deliver packages to resident rooms.
• Host morning and afternoon stand-up meetings with staff.
• Assist staff in the dining room at lunch.
• Host an afternoon activity with residents.
• Provide scheduled or walk-in tours as needed.
