Trilogy Health Services in Anderson, IN is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (LPN/RN) to support the Director of Nursing and ADON in overseeing weekend nursing department functions and ensuring the highest quality care.

Responsibilities include planning, supervising resident care, assisting with documentation in MatrixCare, and keeping the campus tour ready while delivering patient care as needed. Shifts are 12 hours, Friday through Sunday.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid LPN or RN license.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct nursing services per regulations.
• Supervise resident care and assist with plan of care.
• Provide direct patient care as needed.
• Assist in scanning and attaching resident documentation in MatrixCare.
