Job summary

BAMSI is seeking a Weekend Integrated Support Nurse to provide direct clinical support, healthcare oversight, and quality assurance across residential programs on weekend hours. You will serve as a visible nursing presence, perform assessments, coordinate care, and support staff with medication concerns and changes in patient conditions.

The role requires MA RN or LPN licensure, nursing experience, MAP knowledge, and the ability to travel between sites to ensure high-quality, patient-centered

Qualifications

Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing required.
Two to three years nursing experience preferred.
Experience with MAP and residential/community-based settings preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide weekend clinical leadership and nursing oversight across BAMSI residential programs.
Respond to clinical concerns with assessments and interventions within scope of practice.
Coordinate with healthcare providers, pharmacies, hospitals, and leadership.
Triage urgent clinical calls and support time-sensitive healthcare issues.
Offer coaching and guidance to residential staff on illness, medication concerns, and condition changes.
