Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital (LBHH) is seeking a part-time Scheduling Coordinator for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday). The role involves staffing the nursing units, maintaining FTE standards, and coordinating with nurse managers to align staffing with patient acuity.

The position requires a High School Diploma with a preference for a Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year of nursing scheduling experience.

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma is required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: One year of nursing scheduling experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Schedule nursing unit staff and determine/ensure appropriate unit staffing ratio.
• Adhere to nursing FTE standards and manage according to Hospital policy.
• Communicate with nurse managers/house supervisors regarding staff and acuity levels.
• Monitor and relay information for infection control to employee health coordinator.
• Carry out clerical and administrative tasks to support department operations.
