Job summary

Harrison Pavilion Rehabilitation & Nursing Care is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team on weekend shifts (7a-3p or 7a-7p). This part-time role requires strong clinical oversight, effective supervision, and a calm, organized approach to patient care.

You will supervise staff, ensure accurate charting and medication administration, and communicate changes to physicians and families while maintaining regulatory compliance and promoting resident well-being during weekend

Qualifications

• Current, active Ohio RN license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum one year of RN experience, long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff in providing daily care, assessments, and documentation.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families.
• Ensure proper charting, medication administration procedures, and compliance.

Harrison Pavilion Rehabilitation & Nursing Care is seeking a highly skilled RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team during part time position for 8-hour weekend shifts. As a dedicated and compassionate nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centered care while supporting the nursing team and maintaining regulatory compliance.
