Job summary

Troy Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Troy, NY, is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead and coordinate nursing staff during weekend shifts.

You will schedule, supervise, maintain care quality, and foster a compassionate environment for residents and families, while ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation. Strong leadership, excellent communication, and familiarity with EHR systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience.
• Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all staff.
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
