Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN Weekend Supervisor to join Aviata at Shoal Creek in Crestview, FL. You will supervise nursing staff and manage weekend staffing to ensure high-quality resident care on the assigned unit.

Responsibilities include conducting admission data collection, developing treatment plans, recruiting staff, ensuring documentation compliance, and maintaining resident rights adherence. Weekend scheduling is Fri-Sun, 7a-7p.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience in a setting serving similar resident population.
• Minimum 1 year experience in nursing administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing needs and supervision for nursing staff providing direct resident care.
• Assist in staff development and provide guidance to Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants.
• Conduct and document data collection of residents' medical status on admission and throughout treatment.
