You will follow facility policies and ensure quality care in accordance with state and federal regulations, while coordinating with other facility personnel and training new staff.

• Must possess a current, active RN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Compassionate, dedicated and capable of delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care per standards and regulations.
• Coordinates resident care with facility personnel and follows policies.
• Supervises CNAs during shifts, assigns work, and supports training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
