Job summary

Salude in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) to provide independent supervision of nursing care for a group of residents. You will assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and evaluate outcomes while supervising LPNs, CNAs, and other staff on weekends.

This role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and the care team, discharge planning input, and ensuring processes deliver resident-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current RN license to practice in Georgia.
• Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification.
• CPR certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Recent clinical experience or relevant geriatrics-focused training is preferred.
• Must understand and follow state and federal regulations governing practice.
• Ongoing pursuit of CE credits in clinical subjects and management.

Responsibilities

• Assure effective quality nursing care is delivered with a focus on outcomes using the nursing process.
• Identify needs and contribute to discharge planning and follow-up care.
• Develop individualized care plans with residents and care team.
• Implement plans consistently and cost-effectively with resident-centered outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals sharing relevant information.
• Deliver and maintain high-quality resident care and comfort.
