Job summary

Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) to join our weekend nursing team in Manahawkin, NJ. This full-time role offers a consistent schedule with 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

The ideal candidate holds an NJ RN or LPN license, is reliable for weekend shifts, and values compassionate, high-quality resident care. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey.
• Reliable and available to work weekend shifts.
• Experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred, but not required.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor resident conditions, review care plans, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure infection control, medication administration and safety procedures are followed.
• Participate in audits and inspections as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and quality assurance documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents and families regarding care concerns.
• Work closely with the Director of Nursing to improve care standards.
• Act as a resource for problem-solving clinical or staffing issues.

Job Requirements
