Job summary

Imperial Healthcare is seeking an RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations in our skilled nursing facility in New Jersey. You will supervise weekend staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and collaborate with physicians and families to support the care plan.

The role requires an active New Jersey RN or LPN license, weekend shift coverage, and strong leadership in a fast-paced SNF environment. Join a team dedicated to compassionate, professional resident care.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in New Jersey.
• Previous SNF supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, clinical assessment, and communication skills.
• Sub-acute experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

We are looking for an experienced RN / LPN who thrives in a fast-paced SNF environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while supporting nursing staff during weekend operations.

Currently hiring forFull Time (12 hours shift):7AM-7PM and 7PM-7AM.
