LCS (Life Care Services) operates StoneRidge in Mystic, CT, seeking a part-time Floor Nurse (RN or LPN) for 2nd shift. You will provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents and administer medications and treatments.

Requires active CT RN or LPN license, CPR and IV certification, and geriatric/rehabilitation experience. The role offers benefits, weekend diff, and a path to professional growth within a supportive senior living community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN/LPN license in Connecticut is required.
• Current CPR and IV certifications are required.
• Geriatric/rehabilitation experience with a good understanding of restorative nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• The nurse administers high quality, accurate, and person-centered nursing care to all assigned residents on shift.
• Administers medications and treatments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assists in supervision and direct care of residents and nursing personnel.
• Keeps physicians and families aware of changes in residents’ condition.
• Assists in developing comprehensive care plans.
