Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school and a current state license for LPN or RN is required at all times.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred but new graduates are welcome.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, web-based platforms, electronic health record systems, and HR-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate resident care in line with physician orders and individualized service plans.
• Review and revise assessments and care plans at admission and when conditions change.
• Administer and document medications following the five rights.
• Assist with activities of daily living and resident scheduling of medical appointments.
• Promote safety initiatives and effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Support fall prevention and maintain a restraint-free environment.
