Maple Health and Rehab in Kentucky is hiring full-time weekend-shift LPN/RN nurses to provide expert care in a memory-focused facility. You will coordinate with the healthcare team to assess and implement care plans, administer medications, and monitor residents.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, quarterly raises up to 5.5%, tuition reimbursement, and a robust benefits package including health/dental/vision, a 401K, and DailyPay.

Qualifications

• Current RN/LPN license in the state.
• At least one year of LPN or RN experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consults and coordinates with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Prepares and administers medications and records prescribed doses; reports adverse reactions.
• Records patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitors equipment and interprets electronic displays.
• Initiates corrective action for adverse patient symptoms.
• Provides bedside care for a wide range of medical patients.
• Changes dressings, inserts catheters, and starts IVs.
• Aids physician during examinations and treatments.
• Responds to life-threatening situations per nursing standards.
• Participates in discharge planning.
• Utilizes time management to document care timely.
• Performs other duties as assigned depending on setting.
