Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the state.
• At least 1 year of LPN or RN experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Full-time, weekdays schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with healthcare team to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and record doses, report adverse reactions.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor and adjust equipment, interpret electronic displays.
• Initiate corrective action for adverse symptoms.
• Provide bedside care for a wide variety of medical patients.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
• Assist physician during examination and treatment.
• Respond to life-threatening situations per nursing standards.
• Participate in discharge planning.
• Use time management to document care concisely and accurately.
• Perform other position-related duties as assigned.
