AdamsPlace is seeking a Weekend House Supervisor for Friday, Saturday and Sunday at West Meade Place, Nashville, TN. You will oversee nursing care, coordinate staffing and ensure compassionate patient interaction with families.

The role requires Tennessee LPN license (RN acceptable) and a strong focus on leadership, communication, and quality of care. Competitive weekend pay with shift differential and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN license required (RN acceptable) and current credentials.
• Ability to apply nursing process in assessments, planning and care.

Work Schedule

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

LPN Pay

up to $35 includes shift diff (based off years of experience); $5000 sign on bonus for full time. $2500 for Part time - Time and a half for overtime

Weekend SHIFT DIFF

NO PAID LEAVE PLAN - Extra $2 an hour

LPN Position Highlights

• Is responsible for maintaining clinical competency as evidenced by application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills.


• Utilizes the nursing process in assessment, planning and implementing care.


• Exhibits organizational ability related to workflow, prioritizing to meet the patient care needs


• Integrates current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services in the care of patients.
