Job summary

NHC West Meade Place is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our family-oriented team. You will provide compassionate care to residents, apply nursing processes, and collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary staff.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm, with shift differential and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time. We offer health/dental/vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Tennessee LPN or RN nursing license is required.
• We hire GNs and GPNs for this role.
• Experience in geriatric or skilled nursing care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical competency with nursing skills and teamwork.
• Apply the nursing process for assessment, planning, and care.
• Prioritize workflows to meet patient care needs and regulatory standards.
