West Meade Place in Nashville, TN is seeking a Weekend House Supervisor (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) to lead nursing care, support residents, and collaborate with a caring, family-oriented team.

The role requires Tennessee LPN or RN license; experience with the nursing process and supervision is preferred. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Tennessee LPN or RN nursing license is required.
• GNs and GPNs are hired.
• Experience applying the nursing process in assessment, planning and implementing care.

Work Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

LPN pay: up to $35 includes shift diff (based off years of experience); $5000 sign on bonus for full time. $2500 for Part time - Time and a half for overtime

LPN Position Highlights

• Is responsible for maintaining clinical competency as evidenced by application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills.
• Utilizes the nursing process in assessment, planning and implementing care.
• Exhibits organizational ability related to workflow, prioritizing to meet the patient care needs
• Integrates current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services in the care of patients.
• Practices continuous quality improvement thinking and problem-solving skills.
