The role requires an active Texas APRN license with DEA registration and a Master’s degree, plus strong communication and leadership skills to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• APRN license with Texas license is required.
• DEA number is mandatory for practice.
• Master’s degree is required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Act as SNF-ist leading internal medicine on weekends (Sat/Sun).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to reduce hospitalizations.
• Evaluate new admissions and coordinate discharge visits.
• Perform comprehensive physical exams and manage acute/chronic illnesses.
