Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth visits from the Crown Heights office.
• Evaluate patients and address routine and urgent medical concerns.
• Obtain and review patient histories.
• Develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications when clinically appropriate.
• Provide patient education and follow-up instructions.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams.
• Follow applicable clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.
