The provider will deliver telehealth and in-person care to a high-volume patient panel, developing evaluations, treatment plans, and follow-ups with efficiency and quality.

The ideal candidate holds an active NY NP or PA license, 1–2 years of clinical experience, and strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.

This role is ideal for a fast-paced, confident provider who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys making a consistent impact through direct patient care. You will be seeing ahigh volume of patients daily, delivering efficient, high-quality medical evaluations, treatment plans, and follow-ups in a supportive and collaborative setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations via telehealth and in-person visits
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Document all encounters accurately and in compliance with protocols
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care
• Provide patient education and follow-up guidance
• Maintain compliance with state laws, clinical guidelines, and organizational policies
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Active NP or PA license in New York State
• 1-2 years of previous clinical experience preferred
• Comfortable seeing high patient volume
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

• Willingness to work the specified evening and weekend schedule

Salary: $95-$120/hour

Hours: Variable shifts within the following hours: M-Th: 3 pm - 10 pm, Friday 8 am - 2 pm , Sat night: 6 pm - 12 am. Sunday. 10 am - 10 pm.
