Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and implement care/ADLs according to resident service plan.
• Respond to resident needs, pendant calls, and alarms promptly.
• Promote resident independence and self-care.
• Maintain accurate records of care delivered and incident reports as needed.
• Promote a clean, safe environment and assist housekeeping/maintenance as required.
• Recognize and report concerns in resident environment to ensure safety.
