Spring Gardens of Orem is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our night shift team in Orem, UT. You would respond to resident needs, document care, and maintain safety in a warm, supportive environment.

We value empathy, excellent communication, and a strong work ethic. The role involves assisting residents with ADLs and promoting independence while ensuring safety and infection control practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Customer service-driven.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Empathy and caring rapport with residents.
• Ability to respond to resident needs and alarms promptly.
• CPR certification and fingerprint clearance.
• CNA license or experience working with seniors.

Responsabilités

• Read and implement care/ADLs according to resident service plan.
• Respond to resident needs, pendant calls, and alarms promptly.
• Promote resident independence and self-care.
• Maintain accurate records of care delivered and incident reports as needed.
• Promote a clean, safe environment and assist housekeeping/maintenance as required.
• Recognize and report concerns in resident environment to ensure safety.
