Job summary

The Food Hall Co. in Nashville is seeking Hall Security professionals to ensure guest, staff, and venue safety while upholding service standards. This role requires Friday and Saturday night availability and a vigilant presence.

Responsibilities include monitoring crowds, enforcing venue rules, responding to emergencies, documenting incidents, and verifying credentials. TN Unarmed security licenses must be current; CPR/First Aid and Peace Officer training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English; bilingual Spanish speaking a plus.
• 2+ years of security experience is preferred.
• Certifications in CPR- First Aid and Peace Officer Training are preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Proficient in the use of security alarms and surveillance systems.
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts: days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and various holidays.
• For Nashville location, must have TN Unarmed security licenses and comply with local laws prior to hire date.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Wear the proper uniform at all times (non-slip shoes).
• Work collaboratively with coworkers.
• Respond to emergencies and provide courteous, professional assistance.
• Secure doors, windows, and exits according to the shift.
• Understand safety protocols and evacuation guidelines.
• Report unusual or suspicious activity to management; briefings at shift changes.
