Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services in Nashville, TN is seeking part-time event security personnel to support venues with flexible evening and weekend shifts. The role offers $17/hr starting pay and weekly pay, with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test required.
• Ability to perform duties with good judgment and discretion; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event day preparation and execution.
• Control access: check tickets, verify wristbands/badges, direct foot traffic.
• Screen guests at entry using bags searches, wand, or metal detector.
• Protect guests, staff, venue assets from security breaches.
• Respond to crowd control issues and escort unruly guests when needed.
• Follow venue policies and provide directions to guests.
