Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking a part-time Traffic Management Center Operator to monitor I-70 from the Denver area and support CTMC in Golden, CO. The role handles incident status updates, communications with Road Rangers, and detailed log documentation.

Hours are weekends with potential additional shifts to cover sick or vacation time. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel), and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Proficient with Windows OS, Word and Excel.
• Able to type 40 wpm with accuracy.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize duties.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage traffic incident information per operating guidelines.
• Disseminate information via signs, radios, texts, and phone.
• Obtain and report status information to/from multiple agencies.
• Document incidents in detail and timely.
• Notify supervisor of equipment or system malfunctions.
• Provide outstanding customer service when responding to calls.
