PLUSH TOW & TRANSPORTS INC in St. Charles, MO seeks a dependable Night Tow Truck Driver to respond to roadside incidents and tow vehicles. You will deliver safe transport, excellent customer service, and strict adherence to company procedures and traffic laws.

Responsibilities include rapid dispatch responses, securing and documenting tows, and performing basic roadside tasks while maintaining professional communication with dispatch and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Missouri driver's license.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and dispatch software.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to dispatched service calls.
• Tow disabled, impounded, accident, and customer vehicles safely.
• Perform roadside assistance such as jump starts, lockouts, tire changes, and fuel delivery.
• Complete vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
• Properly secure vehicles for transport.
• Maintain digital paperwork, photos, and service records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
• Keep the tow truck clean, fueled, and ready for service.
• Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
