Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Missouri driver's license.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and dispatch software.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to dispatched service calls.
• Tow disabled, impounded, accident, and customer vehicles safely.
• Perform roadside assistance such as jump starts, lockouts, tire changes, and fuel delivery.
• Complete vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
• Properly secure vehicles for transport.
• Maintain digital paperwork, photos, and service records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
• Keep the tow truck clean, fueled, and ready for service.
• Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Night Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will respond to emergency roadside assistance and towing requests, provide excellent customer service, and safely transport vehicles while following company procedures and traffic regulations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to dispatched service calls.
• Tow disabled, impounded, accident, and customer vehicles safely.
• Perform roadside assistance, including jump starts, lockouts, tire changes, and fuel delivery.
• Complete vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
• Properly secure vehicles for transport.
• Maintain accurate digital paperwork, photos, and service records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
• Keep the tow truck clean, fueled, and ready for service.
• Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Missouri driver's license (Class E preferred; CDL is a plus depending on equipment operated).
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and during severe weather.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and dispatch software.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous towing, roadside assistance, commercial driving, or recovery experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating wheel-lift or flatbed tow trucks.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of the St. Charles and St. Louis metro areas.
• DOT Medical Card (preferred).
