Covenant Village Care Center in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Night Shift STNA Weekend Warrior to provide direct care to residents on weekends. The role focuses on ADLs, safety, and compassionate support during night hours.

The STNA will work with RNs and LPNs, document observations in the EHR, assist with admissions and transfers, and engage residents in weekend activities while maintaining dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• State Tested Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Experience in healthcare is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Help residents with mobility and transfers using assistive devices.
• Provide personal care while ensuring dignity and safety.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, and care notes in the EHR.
• Communicate effectively with nurses during shift reports.
• Ensure rooms and common areas stay clean and safe.
• Offer companionship and weekend activities engagement.
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and the care team on planning.
