Job summary

HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke's is seeking a Sonographer II for weekend nights (Friday–Sunday, 6:00p–6:30a). The role involves performing diagnostic ultrasound and NIVA procedures, operating ultrasound equipment, and preparing rooms with required supplies.

Qualified candidates hold ARDMS RDMS and RVT, graduate from an accredited radiography program, and have clinical experience or rotations. BLS is required within 30 days of starting; RVT certification is also expected.

Qualifications

• Current ARDMS certification with RDMS and RVT required.
• Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program.
• Clinical rotation or 1 year of clinical experience.
• Familiar with ultrasound and/or NIVA procedures; strong manual dexterity and patient care skills.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• (RVT) Registered Vascular Technician certified.
• Vocational School Graduate.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound and NIVA procedures; operate ultrasound equipment.
• Prepare the procedure room with necessary equipment and supplies.
• Support PI monitors data collection and equipment QC; assist in clerical tasks as needed.
