Job summary

HCA HealthONE Aurora seeks a detailed and patient-focused Sonographer II for a PRN role. You will perform diagnostic ultrasound and NIVA procedures, ensure a safe patient environment, and assist with clerical tasks and equipment QC.

Strong attention to safety and teamwork is essential. Requirements include ARDMS with RDMS and RVT, BLS, and completion of an accredited radiography program, with 1 year of clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current ARDMS certification with both RDMS and RVT required.
• Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program.
• Clinical rotation or 1 year of clinical experience.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic ultrasound and NIVA procedures using ultrasound equipment.
• Maintains patient safety and room readiness; handles clerical duties as assigned.
• Supports PI monitors and conducts QC on equipment; collaborates with staff.
