Harrison Pavilion Rehabilitation & Nursing Care – Cincinnati, OH is seeking a compassionate NIGHTSHIFT SUPERVISOR to oversee weekend overnight nursing operations, focusing on leadership, safety, and maintaining consistent care for residents.

The Weekend Night Shift RN Supervisor provides direction to nursing staff, ensures clinical quality, and serves as the key decision-maker for resident or staff needs during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license and CPR certification.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least one year of experience as an RN, preferably in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure high standards of resident care.
• Support clinical decisions, documentation, and communication between shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and initiate appropriate interventions when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal health regulations.
• Promote teamwork, integrity, and safety during overnight shifts.
