Harrison Pavilion is currently hiring a compassionate and detail-oriented NIGHTSHIFT SUPERVISOR to oversee nursing operations during 8-hour weekend night shifts. This position focuses on leadership, safety, and maintaining consistent care quality for residents overnight.

Position Overview – The Weekend Night Shift RN Supervisor provides direction and oversight to nursing staff throughout the night. The RN Supervisor ensures clinical quality, promotes a calm and organized environment, and serves as the key decision-maker for any resident or staff needs that arise.
