Job summary

SIMOS is seeking a Performance Supervisor for a weekend night shift in Litchfield Park, AZ. You will lead a team of 35-50 associates, coordinate daily workflows, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and maintaining strong performance metrics in a warehouse logistics setting, with potential extension based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a production-driven logistics and distribution environment.
• Strong technical proficiency with computers and warehouse management systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven experience, training and supervising people.

Responsibilities

• Retains and reviews warehouse documents and business metrics.
• Organizes and executes the daily workflow plan to ensure hourly associates meet daily order volume and service targets.
• Supervises staff and coordinates operations in a logistics distribution environment, assigning daily work and handling discipline and performance decisions.
• Oversees daily activities to ensure work volume and service levels meet production standards.
• Coaches employees on production performance, quality standards, and productivity goals in an hourly environment.
• Coordinate training to ensure associates are properly trained and documentation is complete.
• Foster a strong safety culture and awareness.
• Develop methods to improve operating efficiencies and implement procedures to drive production.
• Lead and manage up to 35-50 associates across multiple functions and protect warehouse contents.
