Job summary

Milo’s Tea Company Inc is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor for an overnight shift (5:30pm–6:00am) to manage warehouse and shipping activities. You will coach and mentor hourly associates, drive safety, quality, and service, and collaborate across departments to improve inventory management, labor productivity, and customer service.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree preferred and 3–5 years in distribution/warehouse or supply chain management, with preferred food/beverage/CPG

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Distribution / Warehouse setting or supply‑chain management role.
• Food/beverage and/or CPG experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and WES preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a culture of safety through regular presence on the floor, engaging with team members across functions to identify improvement opportunities, and ensuring completion of all relevant training and observations.
• Ensure all team members follow standard work procedures that allow for accurate inventory counts across all raw materials and finished goods inventory locations.
• Develop and sustain staffing model to meet inbound and outbound shipment requirements, while striving to remain a shipper of choice for carriers.
• Hire, train, develop, and grow a team of hourly associates to exceed customer expectations and consistently deliver financial results.
• Additional responsibilities as necessary, including Food Safety and Quality duties.

Physical Demands

• Regularly use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms, see, talk, and hear.

• Maintain close vision; exposed to moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, occasional extreme cold, and loud noise.
