• Ensures that all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly according to established procedures and local health regulations.
• Under certain circumstances, may perform/assist all functions for all positions in the restaurant.
• Shift Readiness – plan for each shift, inspect stations, anticipate challenges, and communicate expectations to staff.
• Direct Your Shift – lead the shift with positive attitude, maintain standards, and address food or service issues promptly.
• Follow Up – evaluate shift results and report performance, guest concerns, or maintenance needs to management.
