Job summary

Rockline Industries, Inc in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a Filter Maintenance Technician for the Weekend Night Shift. You will coordinate machine repair and enhancements, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and support continuous process improvements at the Rockline - Sheboygan facility.

The role offers a safety-sensitive environment with an apprenticeship pathway and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, plus potential for advancement. Friday–Sunday schedule runs 5:30 PM–5:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing; or pursuing education/training.
• Journeyman card or 10+ years maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of TPM, preventive/predictive maintenance and equipment metrics.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and manuals; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair operations equipment promptly using root cause analysis.
• Complete machine enhancement projects and track progress.
• Collaborate with process engineers to standardize work and improve throughput.
• Use maintenance software to manage work orders and materials.
• Identify equipment issues with the Process Support Group and implement corrective actions.
